These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Botmark Holdings website at https://www.botmarkholdings.com(the “Site”) and any recruitment, workforce management, HR consulting, overseas placement or related services (the “Services”) provided by Botmark Holdings (“Botmark Holdings”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing the Site, submitting an enquiry form or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

Nature of services

Botmark Holdings provides recruitment, workforce management and HR consulting services, together with supporting assistance for work permit, visa and related immigration processes. We explain requirements, help organise documentation and support clients and candidates during preparation and submission. We are not a government agency and do not act as legal counsel, an immigration authority or a licensed law firm.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an enquiry or engage our Services. Any information you provide through the Site must be your own, accurate and current. Access to the admin area of the Site is restricted to authorised Botmark Holdings personnel and is protected against unauthorised use.

No guarantee of approval or placement

Work permit, visa and residency decisions and processing times are determined by the relevant national authorities. Our Services do not guarantee approval, faster processing, preferential treatment or any particular outcome. Similarly, submitting a profile or job requirement does not guarantee an interview, offer or placement. Recruitment timelines are indicative and depend on role requirements and candidate availability.

Information accuracy and client responsibilities

Guidance shared during consultations is based on information available at the time and on details provided by the client or candidate. Requirements set by third-party authorities and employers can change without notice. Clients and candidates remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information and documents they submit, and for meeting any deadlines set by third parties.

Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form on the Site;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems or any account that is not your own;
• use automated tools to scrape, harvest or overload the Site (for example, bulk submissions through our enquiry forms);
• upload or transmit any virus, malicious code, or content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes the rights of others; or
• use the Site or Services for any purpose that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.

We may suspend or refuse Services to anyone who breaches these Terms or misuses the Site.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, images and underlying code, is owned by or licensed to Botmark Holdings and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
